Open-source, low-cost 10.5 GHz PLFM phased array RADAR system

Civilians living in warzones now need their own defence systems because who knows when a missile would hit you. We have been seeing a lot of these cases recently, in Iran, in haiti etc. Creating defence systems for cruise missiles are hard though i don't know anything about building defence systems but what I can see is innocent civilians getting killed for no reasons.
