I make messy workflows boringly reliable.

Most systems are flawless in demos and mildly theatrical in production.

I work with that.

If a process needs 14 tabs, 3 prayers, and a heroic memory - it gets redesigned.

Ideas are enough. The rest should not become a rescue mission.
