Removing macOS 26 Tahoe's unwanted menu icons

Tahoe's menu icons are incredibly badly implemented. SF symbols are not meant to be viewed at this size and they actually don't provide any useful context or hierarchy when they're littered next to a dozen other incomprehensible glyphs.

Was hopeful this could be done from outside an app, for the whole system. Seems it only works for app devs, where Apple has forced icons into their menus.

The blog is not wrong that this is very heavy handed for Apple. Neat fix for app devs tho
