It will require Linux kernel 5.10 or later, which is five years old. Seems quite reasonable. (and other userapace libraries, including glibc, in more recent versions)

No additional hardware requirement mentioned. The contrary would have surprised me but I wasn't sure it wasn't about hardware from the title - could have been some specific CPU instruction related to process isolation, or, I don't know, TPM :-D.
